Personal Outcome Measures

Middlesex Community Living has been instrumental in their efforts to ensure quality services and demonstrate accountability by adopting an outcomes approach to service delivery utilizing Personal Outcome Measures.  These Outcome Measures serve as a tool to gauge quality of service and to measure individual quality of life.
